Refund policy
Since all our products are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun. Each item is uniquely crafted for you, which means it cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or Defective Items We take quality seriously. If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error on our end, we will gladly offer a free replacement with the same delivery timeline as your original order. To be eligible:
- Contact us at support@giftbu.com or WhatsApp/Call us at +91 72899 52459 within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and clear video evidence of the damage or defect (a short unboxing or walkthrough video works best)
- We will review your submission and, if approved, dispatch a replacement at no additional cost within the same timeframe as your original delivery
Items reported after 48 hours of delivery or without sufficient video evidence may not be eligible for a replacement.
Non-Replaceable Situations Replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect details (name, date, message, photo, etc.) provided by the customer at the time of ordering
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. Once your item has entered production, cancellations will not be accepted. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel:

Return Address In the rare case a physical return is required (as determined by our team): 72P, Sector 55, Gurgaon, Haryana, India
European Union Customers If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item — however, please note that personalized and custom-made goods are exempt from this right under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). As our products are made to your exact specifications, this exemption applies.
Refunds Since we do not accept returns, refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances (e.g., if we are unable to fulfill your order). If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
