At Giftbu, we understand that gifts are often time-sensitive and special. That's why we've built a shipping experience that's fast, reliable, and designed around your gifting needs — whether you need something delivered in hours or across the country in days.

Order Processing

All our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for you. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team begins production immediately. Processing time varies by product and will be communicated at the time of your order or in your order confirmation.

Once your order is ready, it is handed over to our delivery team or courier partner depending on your location.

Delivery Options

⚡ Express Delivery — Delhi NCR Only

For customers located in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad, we offer a premium Express Delivery service carried out by our own dedicated delivery riders.

  • ✅ Delivered by: Giftbu's in-house delivery team
  • ✅ Best for: Last-minute gifts, same-day celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries

Our riders are trained to handle your personalized gifts with care. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

Please note: Express Delivery is subject to production completion. Delivery within 2–3 hours is calculated from the time your order is dispatched, not from the time of order placement. Our team will confirm the expected dispatch time with you.

🚚 Standard Delivery — Pan India

For all other cities and locations across India, we ship via trusted air courier partners:

  • ✈️ Courier Partners: BlueDart & Delhivery
  • 📦 Transit Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • 🌍 Coverage: All major cities and most pin codes across India

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to factors such as weather, public holidays, remote locations, or high-demand seasons (e.g., Diwali, Valentine's Day, Christmas). We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Charges vary based on your location and the delivery option selected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched:

  • For Express Delivery (Delhi NCR): Our delivery rider will contact you directly and you can track them in real time.
  • For Standard Delivery (Pan India): A tracking number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp (+91 72899 52459) so you can track your package on the BlueDart or Delhivery website.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address. In case of a failed delivery attempt:

  • For Express Delivery, our rider will contact you on your registered number before and during delivery.
  • For Standard Delivery, the courier partner will attempt delivery as per their policy. If delivery fails, the package may be held at the nearest courier facility.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order, or unavailability of the recipient. Re-delivery charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, please:

  1. Take a clear video of the package at the time of opening
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Important Notes

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship within India only.
  • Giftbu is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our control.
  • Delivery timelines for Express Delivery are subject to production readiness and operational hours.
  • Orders placed during peak gifting seasons (Diwali, Valentine's Day, Raksha Bandhan, etc.) may experience slightly longer production times. We will notify you in advance if this applies to your order.
