Product Imagery & Print Accuracy All product images displayed on giftbu.com are either digitally rendered mockups or photographs taken during professional photoshoots. While these images are designed to closely represent the final product, there may be slight variations between the image shown and the actual printed item. These differences can occur due to:
- Screen color calibration and display settings varying from device to device
- Differences between digital rendering and real-world print output
- Slight variations in fabric, material texture, or surface finish
We ensure that any such variation remains minimal — typically within a small acceptable margin — and does not significantly affect the overall appearance, quality, or intent of the product. We are committed to delivering a product that is as close to the displayed image as possible.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be identical to what is depicted in our online stores. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Giftbu.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Giftbu.com confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Out-of-Stock Items If any item in your order is out of stock or unavailable at the time of processing, our team will proactively reach out to you via email, phone, or WhatsApp to inform you of the situation. We will work with you to either:
- Suggest suitable alternative items of equal or comparable value
- Adjust your order as per your preference
- Cancel and fully refund the unavailable item if no suitable alternative is found
We aim to contact you within 24 hours of identifying a stock issue so your overall order and delivery timeline is affected as little as possible.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Giftbu.com may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted and production has begun. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or replacement solely in accordance with our Replacement Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
